HVAC
Technician

Perform installation, preventive maintenance, cleaning, repair, and troubleshooting of air conditioning and refrigeration systems across commercial and residential sites. You will be deployed to client locations within Cavite and Metro Manila, work under senior technicians, and eventually handle independent field calls.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • TESDA NC II in Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Servicing (RAC Servicing) — required or willingness to obtain
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in AC/refrigeration installation or repair
  • Familiarity with split-type, window-type, and inverter units (VRF experience is a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, refrigerant handling (R-32, R-410A), and leak detection
  • Physically fit for field work including ladder use, confined spaces, and outdoor heat exposure
  • Owns or can procure basic hand tools; company provides specialized equipment
  • Valid government-issued ID; driver's license or motorcycle license is an advantage
  • Honest, punctual, and team-oriented — non-negotiable

You will be the first point of contact for clients, assist in scheduling technician dispatches, and maintain organized records for the operations team. No prior experience required — we will train you.

  • High school graduate or higher — no prior office experience required
  • Proficient in basic computer use: MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets, email
  • Clear and professional communication in Filipino and basic English (verbal and written)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn on the job
  • Preferably residing in or near Imus, Cavite for easy on-site reporting
  • A TESDA NC II in Business Administration is a plus but not required
